Анализ влияния на бизнес – деятельность, выполняемая в рамках процесса управления непрерывностью бизнеса, которая определяет критичные бизнес-функции и их зависимости. Зависимости могут включать в себя подрядчиков, людей, другие бизнес-процессы, ИТ-услуги и т.д. Анализ влияния на бизнес определяет требования к восстановлению ИТ-услуг. Эти требования включают в себя целевые времена восстановления, целевые точки восстановления и минимальные целевые показатели уровня услуги для каждой ИТ-услуги.

Business impact analysis is the activity in business continuity management that identifies vital business functions and their dependencies. These dependencies may include suppliers, people, other business processes, IT services etc. Business impact analysis defines the recovery requirements for IT services. These requirements include recovery time objectives, recovery point objectives and minimum service level targets for each IT service.
